Sass Jordan #MakeBigNoise

Sass Jordan is pleased to offer you #MakeBigNoise, a four-song EP with two unreleased
demos as well as two of her classic songs from her debut album, Tell Somebody.

Here’s what Sass wrote about the unreleased demos:

CINNAMON:  Derek Sharp and I wrote this song in the late ’90s. It’s from the Puck’s Farm series, and it features Derek Sharp on guitars, Pat Kilbride on bass, Randy Cook on drums and Gregg Dechert on keyboards. In the interest of full disclosure .. I have no fucking idea what I was thinking when I wrote this song, but I DO think it’s pretty cool, so I give it to you WIDE OPEN for interpretation. It’s like a mashup of Jackson Browne meets The Wallflowers and Tom Petty.

SMALL THING:  I wanted to write a song that would mix the emotions of regret, defiance, melancholy, hope, and humor all into one, neat package - which is a helluva combo! It's a metaphor for life, of course, and the music that Derek came up with perfectly fit the idea. This song was part of a series of exploratory styles that we were into in the early 2000s and helped to set the tone for the oddities that were to come during that first decade.

The two songs from her debut album, "So Hard" and "Tell Somebody" are also available as part of a limited edition 7” vinyl exclusive to her Pledge campaign, which she recently launched to make her next record, Big Noise, her first in ten years. She’s offering one-of-a-kind items from her personal collection, along with house concerts, handwritten lyric sheets, a skin cream, posters, all available here.
